My grandmother used to refer to 30 minuets after the hour as "half past" and 15 minutes after the hour as "a quarter past." Does anyone still do this?

I'll sometimes refer to 45 minutes after the hour as "a quarter til" or "a quarter to." But I never hear anyone say it's half past or a quarter past.

I talk like your Grandma, as does The Wife.

That ain't a hole, it is an access point. Just put the chunk of drywall back up, put a few screws in it and be done.

Good call saying "Mrs. BB". Most women that I know would get their panties (probably large ones) in a wad if they were referred to as "Bigbottom", Mrs. or not.
