Totally irrelvant TBer info share thread

So if people leave perfectly good tupperware-ish containers at work in non-personal areas, unattended for months, is it okay to take them? I actually know the true, moral answer, but a lot of times the powers that be, end up throwing them out. Also, people come and go here so I know a lot of them are "orphans" lol. Yes, I'm looking for justification ;)
As the swing shift supervisor where I work one of my jobs is to throw out everything left in the fridge at midnight every Friday. Most times I have a few vultures hanging around some want containers while other want the food I throw out.
