One wonders. Did they accidentally shut it down? Or is there an army of sentient weasels out there trying to rig the Large Hadron Collider to create a super massive black hole in a nefarious plot to destroy the known universe!?

When eating with a knife and fork I eat left handed, and eat with both utensils (none of that cutting the food, then putting the knife down, then switching hands with the fork rubbish), with the fork tines inverted.
My grandfather ate left handed.
My father ate left handed.
My son eats left handed.
All righties.

My mother, my elder sisters, my daughters, my wife, all ate 'right handed'
My sister, and one of my daughters are lefties.
I was never 'shown' how to eat with a knife and fork left handed, it just developed.

That's European etiquette, and also the sensible way.

When I was in 4th grade, I took up the clarinet. I stared incorrectly with my right hand on top and (thankfully) was forced against my will to switch hands by the orchestra teacher. Also, I have NO aptitude for brass instruments.
