Trace Elliot 410

I recently bought a used Trace Elliot 410 from a dude on Craigslist for 180$.
One of the speakers was rattling but that was just a piece of crud inside, cleaned that out and it was fine. What I noticed when i removed the speaker is that it was labeled to handle 50watts, now does this mean this is a 200watt cab? I did more research on the model 1048 and all points down to that its a 320watt cab but I don't see how thats possible from 4 50watt speakers.
Also I want to add this is not the 1048H you can buy new for 900$, this is an older model that has no horn and has red stripes over the port holes.

I emailed Trace Elliot about this but all I got was that they're still watching the fourth of July fireworks...when its the 14th. Help me out guys.:help:

(Don't mind the ghetto amp set up on the cab, its temporary till I get a head for it)

Add a 15.
I used the Trace AH250 head with the 410 and a 15 for bigger gigs
The Trace AH350 worked also.
But you can use higher power heads, but listen for distortion,
Markbass puts out 300 watts at 8ohm and it sounded great
500watts at 4 ohm
They are loud cabs

I'll see if my wallet allows me...i need to get a head for this thing 1st, I just don't want to get something that'll blow the speakers

You can blow any speakers if your amp is cranked and the lows are boosted too much.
Use your ears and you will be safe using around 300 watts

I was thinking of the Hartke 3500...that pushes 250 at 8,I hope that would be ok for the speakers and to compete with a 6505 sitting on a 412 and a drummer, i have a 60watt 115 peavey combo that i can put on top of it as a last resort
