Trace Elliot AH500-12 Head

Problem is that I don't live in UK, and I'd rather find replacement parts where I live, that is, in Poland :)

http://www.britishaudioservice.com/parts.php?mfg=1&cat=14

I found some here, so it seems I need:
for input gain: 16MM B50K POT VERTICAL MOUNT
Trace Elliot, 12-Band Input Gain Level Potentiometer with Detents (Clicks).

and for blend and drive 2x: 12-Band Potentiometer
B50K, Linear Taper, Short Shaft, Detented Potentiometer as used in 12-Band Series. Also can be used to replace Series 6 Output Level Potentiometer.
Model #: 73-POT-B50K21-DG
is that correct?

Have you tried cleaning them? Pots rarely go faulty, they usually just get dust on the track which causes the wiper to loose contact.

Get hold of a can of contact cleaner, you need to find a way into the guts, there is usually a hole or gap somewhere (that the dust got in). Give each "faulty" pot a shot and rotate the shaft (or slide the slider) from end to end a few times before the propellant evaporates. Repeat a couple of times if it still crackles/is intermittent.

If you really have to replace them you need a pot (or pots) that are the same physical size value and slope (Audio/Linear/Reverse audio) as the faulty one/s for a direct replacement. Where you source them from is the problem but I would try British Audio Services first, they were very helpful last time I used them. Postage to Poland isn't that expensive from the UK.

@delta7fred - Thanks for your advice! I'll try cleaning, but look at this vid:
the drive pot seems to be in really bad condition (the most noisy, and in some positions there's a kind of... signal loss?), dunno if cleaning will re-animate this one...

@Shlyder- serial number on the back says 51755955 2008 277, so i shoot it's 2008 perhaps?

3 Potentiometers in my TE ah500 head are dead - input gain, drive and blend. Any idea what kind of potentiometers are used for these three? Because it seems I won't have a reply for my email by TE customer service... which i wrote like 3 days ago.

After Peavey acquired Trace, those pots were sourced from a better manufacturer.

Call Peavey and order these parts:

31191505--gain pot
31190360--drive and blend pots

Well, thank you for advice, but it would be kind of problematic, as I don't live in U.S. and the nearest autohorized dealer would be in Germany, however, I don't speak that language ;)
