Trace Elliot Combo.

Hi!Im about to buy an trace elliot 15 combo (called 715) anybody know if this one is good?`i have heard only good about it, and i liked the Growl my Jackson KBX made with it, but are there anything that might happen to it? they are great quality? its not like it might suddenly break?
If i buy it, it gonna become my first realy good amp...

and.. when did gibson Buy Trace? they have killed the trace elliot site, so its hard to find info about 'em...

Dude, that combo is a nice one. Trace equipment is built rock solid. They quality is also top notch before the Gibson buyout. It still wasn't bad even after Gibson though. Its just pre-Gibson stuff is more desirable because Trace was in total control and it was all built in England. I can't remember what year they took over but a Google search should turn it up though.

The only real negative about Trace stuff is there isn't any factory service places for parts. There are a couple of places however that still sell service parts and stuff for them. Here are the two I know of:

http://www.gmaudio.co.uk/

I say buy it and enjoy!
