I don’t, but note that even if you find them there’s a good chance they won’t stay put. These were notorious for launching from the cabinet due to the air pressure.

You can put tape around them to tighten the seal, but then again it makes them harder to remove.

Dealers were not a fan of the covers as they’d typically take them off in the store and then forget to give them to the purchaser. The end result was lots of orphaned “ashtrays.”

I seal them in place. I'm restoring a cabinet and need one to finish the job.
