Hi, I have a Trace Elliot head that blew an internal fuse. Can I just replace the fuse and get back to it? Is there anything I should check before I power it up, I would appreciate any advice. I am pretty sure the output cable I had running to my speaker shorted. Thanx.

I wouldn't. There's a good chance you blew stuff aside from the fuse and restarting just makes for more lost magic smoke and a bigger repair bill. Tech time.
