Hello everyone, been awhile since Ive been on here, sorry, been pretty busy. Playing in a new arrangement, for me anyway. Five piece classic rock, Two very good guitarists, great keyboardist, rock solid drummer, and myself, definitely decent. This band runs no live amps on stage, and the drummer is behind glass. So I was using an Eden WTDI pedal, and was working great. Because of the success of this band I went out and bought a new musicman stingray, which I love. Problem is, really hot! Was distorting my preamp. I lowered the pickup and that seemed to do the trick. Now all of a sudden, my eden pedal took a crap. Was gonna go with the new Eden Terra Nova preamp, but now Im told by Eden, it is now unavailable in the US unless I find one used somewhere. Figures. I have been youtubing a lot of preamp pedals. I want something simple but good tone. I came across this Trace Elliot Transit B Preamp. Not alot of videos out on it. Can anyone give me any idea how this preamp is? Thanks!

Have you looked at the Mesa Subway ?

Well I have no personal experience with the Transit B preamp, but it does have a lot of great features, and from what I've heard it nails the classic Trace Elliot tone pretty spot on, which I personally am a bit fan of.
