Trace Elliot?!

When i go there website (www.Trace-elliot.co.uk) all i can see is those new Amps
I got Trace Elliot Gp12x pretty old just wanted to see the stats on more Trace Amps, such as V-series.

does Trace Elliot have another website or can anyone give me a link to the V-series ?

Also there has been one trouble with my amp lately, i read something about "balanced and unbalanced output", the sound feels like an overdrive :/ and i cant turn the gain up to 7 unless this bad sounds comes.

I found my amp manual on their website :/,

But when i look at it says: "Rack Pre-amp", and what does that mean? on the others it says: "1000w" "300w" or "500w"
What does this Rack Pre-amp mean :/

TE is now owned and ditributed by peavey, not Gibson, so older information wont be there.

If its a pre amp, its a pre amp. That means you need a power amp to use with it.

Well :/ im new to this "Rig", i bought this amp last summer.
Trace Elliot GP12x and two caps (1x15") and (2x8", 2x5")

as you were saying that i new a power amp, what do you suggest :/ i have no idea what your talking about now

Can you post up a pic of the front and rear panels? If so, we might be able to help determine exactly what you have and what you can do.

Also, I have never had my gain above maybe 6 or 6.5 ever using passive and active basses. You really shouldn't have to go above that unless you are purposely trying to make the preamp overdrive.
