Double Bass transcribing Ray Brown

I have to transcribe a walking line from the OP trio (must be a standard) with Ray Brown on bass. Any suggestions? Thanks

Anything off the "Night Train" album is textbook Ray Brown, and the bass is easy to hear on the recording as well.

There's "You look good to me" on "We get request" that starts with an arco section and then transitions into a nice bass solo. Might be interesting to cover both arco and pizz. Good luck

Thanks I'll check that one out also. I listened to samples of that album on amazon, I thought it was great. Then I read the reviews and was disappointed of all the negative reviews it was given. I thought it was a great album. That is on my list of albums to buy along with "Chops", with Joe Pass And NHOP.

Umm, sorry to possible start a flame war here but I'm going to state unequivocally that anyone who says We Get Requests is not a good album is off their meds.
