AI isn't that strong. Yet
However, when I can't make out the bass, I first cut down high bands on EQ. If it's still not clear, then I shift pitch one octave up.

I haven’t written any transcriptions for about 20 years, but I do lift a lot of bass lines and program a lot into cubase. Then I noticed that you can get it to print a score. Not sure about how easy it is to edit though. It seems like an easier way to transcribe: you can play the notes in with a keyboard or use a mouse, cut and paste, etc. It also allows you to import the audio file and play them back together.
