Transition/ cadence

When I'am writing something, the hardest part of the composing process is making the transition between sections sound natural, such as going from the verse to the chorus. How do you make the change from each section of song with out it sounding to jarring. Do you need some sort of connecting cadence?

Thanks

Another great question Joe, and I can tell by this question your moving in the right direction.
This is a question every composer ponders, and there is no easy answer. Personally, I've mingled with a groove for years sometimes until that "just right" change appears.
I think the answer lies within the chords.
