Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1

I have the box set of this band, and pulled it out the other day for a listen. There are photos of Petty with a Dano bass, but is he actually the bass player on Vol 1 also ? I can't find a bass player listed until Vol. 3, where " Clayton " Wilbury is listed as playing bass.

The wiki page says it's Jeff Lynne on Vol 1.

Just watched all the videos of the band. In every one that shows a bass instrument, Petty is playing it. And its always a Dano. Weird.
