Traynor yba 200 won't turn on!!!

So I was trying out a new cab(peavy 410t) every thing was going fine, then I turned off my amp. Later I tried turning it on and nothing. Did I blow it? Fuse? I need to figure this out fast but every single place I called is backed up for weeks. I want to try changing the fuse but I have no idea how or even what fuse the yba 200 takes. This is the early model not the 200-2. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

Ya that was an unnessesary hour of anxiety. Just the fuse. But it made me look at something, the power tubes have some silver on the sides. Looks kinda like the glass on a burnt fuse. The amp works fine and the tubes aren't glowing more than usual and these spots are in the exact same place on each tube. Is this normal?
