Traynor YBA-4 combo conversion to head (YBA-1?)

I bought a yba-4 combo a couple years ago on a lark from local seller. I am partial to tube amps. The combo is shockingly loud, so I had a master volume put in the back panel.
The tone is really unique, and has a distortion sound that is really cool.
The downside is that the combo is really awkward to move. The weight (which I can deal with) is a lot, but the form factor is what gets me. It’s tall and thin, so rolling it has to be done carefully or else it will catch something and tip, but carrying/lugging it with the 70s craptastic rubber handle is a drag. Lugging a b-15 is cake compared to this one.

I’m thinking I’d like to rehouse the amp portion and use it with a Mesa subway 15.
Would the head electronics fit into an obtainable off the shelf head enclosure? I assume it would retro fit into an empty Yba-1 box, though finding one is likely hard to do. Is there any thing else out there that could house it, short of building one from scratch? Creative ideas welcome.

Any Canadian talkbass peeps out there have a broken yba-1 heads lying around and want to sell me the housing?

The bottom-side of the combo was completely destroyed (fallen down). So I decided to make a head from the parts of the combo.

That is cool. I’ll have to judge the merits of modifying an existing combo cab. I don’t really want to keep around an empty combo cab without the head part so maybe this would be an option.
I should try hooking up the head first to my existing subway and other cabs to make sure I like the sound. Reading from the forum, sounds like no one is a fan of the stock speaker and cab so it may be no big loss to trash the bottom half.
