Don't say it I have searched already.
Is there anywhere to buy Traynor amps Specifically the dynabass 400t online? I can't find it any were I can't seem to find any online mesa dealers either. Any help is appreciated.

Not all amps are available on line. I don't know of any in the USA. But if you contact Traynor they can let you know who in the USA carries them and then you can contact some of them and find out if they will ship to you.
