So a few weeks ago Rhett Shull toured the Stringjoy factory and made a YouTube video of it. I was quite impressed with the factory and the company as a whole. So I ordered a set for my stingray (SRS 4HH) and my telecaster ('52 avri hot rod).
The customer service was awesome. And when the strings arrived, I had a nice hand written note thanking me for my order (I know, not that big of a deal, but it's those kind of details that really go a long way with me).
I purchased the light gage bass strings (45-100). They are very responsive and bright, as a new set of rounds should be. They feel great on the fingers - I feel that a real attention to detail went into making them. The sound and feel is very consistent. I wonder how they will hold up, but for a straight out of the box impression, I really like them. They might be my new go to string.
