Tube amp vibration absorber?

Not to hijack the thread - but since my issue has to do with unwanted vibration thought I'd give it a shot here.

Problem: What is most likely tube retainer clips vibrating off of tube(s) in AD200b head.
Question: Is there any product available to absorb vibration from the springs (some O ring perhaps, or something to that effect)? New retainer clips? Different retainer clips? Would I just be better off finding something that isolates the head from the cab as mentioned in this thread previously?

a foam mat can serve a dual purpose.

It can isolate the head from the cab while you're dispensing your visceral visions,
and you can use it to kneel on while begging the BL for your pay...........;)

some years back i had a delicate valve amp(indian made).it worked fine and was never effected by the monsoon but it did not like rough treatment so i used to put it on a lump of that flip flop rubber stuff just to be on the safe side. no vibration, no problem except when tha wife wanted to know where a foot or so of YOGA MAT had got to.she did not fall for my shrinkage explaination either.

Are you using the high-density stuff?

Nope, just the cheap mattress-topper stuff I got at the dollar store. I actually have to use 2 pieces since it's only about 1" thick. Basically you want enough fluff so that your amp isn't hard-coupled to the cab. I'm pretty sure when I don't do this, I get some microphonic coupling into my amp at high volume. Of course I don't have to do this with my V4-B since it has shock-mounts, but with my cheap homemade amp, I do.

A smaller version of a Gramma Pad is the Sub Dude.I use one with My Composite TC212 and my Amp of choice for the day and Monique. The Composite cabs transfer more vibration than other cabs and this has worked perfect for me.It is 15X15 X2 Link Removed Not trying to be a smart a,, but the Sub Dude goes between the cab and the amp.I had to lol a month or so ago someone had the same problem and could,t understand why the pad didm,t work!!He had the pad on the floor with the cab and amp on top of it !!!
