Tube head through Mesa Subway 2x15

Can I hook up a SVT or Super Bassman to a new Mesa Subway 2x15?

I use a neo Acoustic BN210. I agree, turn the horn off, (ala the convenient switch). I use the Subway TT-800. I get a great sound with it.
