Tubes. How do I love thee.

I like it! I like it! What is that? It looks like a ton of power tubes...makes me think it's a 400+.
400+ is correct! Man, this thing is brutal! I'm running it through a Mesa Powerhouse 2X10 and 1X15. I'm thinking of ditching both and picking up a Powerhouse 6X10.

Do it. The 610 is a beast! It'll love that head.
I run my Powerhouse into a Berg NV610 - try one alongside the Mesa if you can. I got rid of my Mesa cab once the Berg arrived.

Interesting. I've always wanted to get a Berg NV215 and NV610, lay them on their sides and stack them. Both cabs are the exact same size. It would look glorious.
For a while I was running my Berg 610 and my Mesa Diesel 215 cab with the 400+ for big gigs. I came to the conclusion it wasn't quite the match I originally thought it was - the Mesa cab was more efficient than the Berg and had a high mid emphasis which I came to dislike in combination with the Berg. That, coupled with the amazing ability of the Berg 610 to sit naturally in a mix and just crank as much as you need, led me to go with just the Berg. Plus the sealed Berg cab is just amazing with the grind of the Mesa 400+. One of these days I will do a big gig with the Berg and my Markbass, but at the moment those 12 power tubes just got me hooked.....
I think there is someone on this forum that actually plays those two cabs together.
I've actually had my eye on a Berg for a while now primarily because of it's size and it's a sealed cab. I forgot the Mesa is ported so I'll probably go with the Berg.
