Hi

I recently purchased an Ampeg B-15R whose head has been obviously placed upside down and forced in the cab, the speaker magnet bent the tubes protection grill.

Can someone advise where to buy a replacement one or have it built, preferably in EU ?
Thank you !

This item is not available as far as I know. It’s metal, it can be fixed.

This is what I do. A C clamp can be used to draw it straight against a metal plate. Light taping with a small hammer against a hard surface also works. As anderbass said, a metal shop can quickly fix it. If you don’t want to get into spraying high temperature paint, take it to a powder coating shop, have it sandblasted and a matte or semi-gloss black finish applied.

I don't know how badly yours is damaged, but if it's like serveral I've seen; a good automotive bodyshop mechanic could probably repair it in just a few minutes.
Agreed, working with sheet metal is part science and part art. A good tinner can work miracles with sheet metal.

Thanks for your replies.
The metal of the cage is easier to work on than I first thought.
With a hammer and a piece of wood cut to the right size placed inside the cage I've been able to make the recess almost disappear.
I colored the areas where the paint was gone with a black permanent marker, not the most academic way but it looks pretty well.
