Hi folks!
I've recently purchased the two Tunes. Bass Maniac 5 2012 and WB5 2014 fretless piezo.
Regret of both.
WB5...Piezo pickup under 3d string is dameged and only chance to replace it to contact Korea.
Well,i mailed them 3 times. No reply.
Bass maniac...Nice wood but pickups are real crap.
5th string is lower signal compare to others when turn balance to the neck P split.
When i play over bridge J pickup i can hear fingers knockin to the pickup cover like it would be a piezo...but it's not.
Well. Two useless pieces of nice wood.
And no freaking replies from customers support!
Please help! I need one piezo pickup to replace.

Man! You have my deep sympathy. I'd keep hollering at them. Surely there is a U.S. dealer for them? If off eBay you should be able to get your $ back as "not advertised" or something!

We have the official dealer which says We can not contact'm by email neither
I called Korea. This is another story.
I just called'm
Girl asked my name and location said hold on please played Immigrants Song and disconnected. !!
W. T. F. $15 for listening Led Zeppelin in my phone??!!
I called back and she is not really speaking English tried to spell me the email which is not on their site.
Well. I thought it will never end. I guess I payed a half of bass price for this phone call. The email is. [email protected]

Don't give up on the Bass Maniac. I have a newer MIK too with the same problem with a super easy fix. Apparently, the "P" pickup coils were installed incorrectly. The bass coil and treble just needs to be swapped; that simple. I figured this out by checking the magnetic field of the bass coil had a dead spot under the "B" string and treble coil did not. By swapping them, fixed the problem. All strings have an even volume throughout.
