Tuner Poll

I use a Planet Waves headstock tuner 75% of the time. Tracks low B fine on both my 5'ers. Never found a problem in noisy environs.
Also have a Fender PT-1 (I think it is) on my board. Works well & is nice & bright.
I also have a couple of Korg mini tuners I keep "batteried-up" for emergencies. These work fine too. Usually I plug these into the "tuner out" of my amp.

I've been using a Fender pedal tuner PT-100, but not as in-line; I unplug from my amp to tune up. I got a Snark SN-5 to make things easier. Tried it for the first time at practice and it didn't seem to turn on. Just stayed black. I figured the battery was dead even though I was careful to turn it off; it also has an auto shut-off feature. I tried it again when I got home and it was fine. Anyone have this experience? Any ideas?
