tuner with down tunes

i dont know much about tuner pedals, so ill ask the community, do they make a pedal tuner that you can set it to like half step down or full step down??

Any chromatic tuner will facilitate down tunings as long as you know what notes you're aiming for:

E A D G
D# G# C# F#
D G C F

i checked my tuner & it has the chromatic tuner but whenever i pluck a string it gives me a Lb looking sign???no clue how to use a tuner btw except for EADG

That sounds like it's in "bass" mode, not "chromatic" mode. Therefore, it's registering your D as a really sharp "low B". Chromatic mode would give you D#, D, C#, C, B, etc.

You'd think that after a couple months of playing people figured their way through 12 notes and use a chromatic for everything.

I remember when there weren't tuners, and I would have to walk uphill both ways barefoot through three feet of snow to tune my bass!
