Tuning down

How do I tune down to C# F# B E?
I've been trying to use my tuner but it won't go that low.
what are other options?

OK, you want to tune down 3 halfsteps, so you just have to press the 3rd fret on each string and tune to the same pitch that the open string would have, e.g. E for the E string. That way you tune the 3rd fret to E, and the open string is tuned to C#.

Now, 3 half steps only on the E and A strings right? and and whole step with second fret on the D and G strings?
