Tuning Head Screw fallen out

Just today, I have realised as I was putting a new 'G' on my bass guitar, that I am missing the screw which holds the tuning peg onto the headstock. What's the best course of action, and where could I get a replacement? The screw is well and truly lost.

My bass is an Ibanez GSR-180. (I know, crap right?):bawl:

You're welcome. You may find, btw, that the screw came out because the hole is stripped out. In this case, a quick and dirty solution is to break a short piece off of a toothpick, put a little glue on it and stick it in the hole, then drive the screw in.
