My J/J Jaguar only modded to the extent that I bypassed the active preamp for the tour. That's the one that's for sale on eBay right now...it's since been returned to stock. But I found that particularly helpful for the NIN tour.

I actually did that to mine too as well, come to think of it. It has been so long that I forgot there is one in there!! I felt that the pre never did anything for me except get accidentally turned on. He he he.
