So, now we know we can leave the Two-Notes ReVolt Bass preamp off stage or at the desk and run all functions with a four (4) button midi footswitch. No scrolling or jumping around. Awesome! (I also understand that the EFX loop can also be assigned to a channel, if desired, too.)
Here is a cool tidbit....
The Channel 3 can have the EFX loop IN and blend with the MIX/BLEND knob the WET signal and DRY signal, while having the gain lower by using a 12AT7 tube, to reduce the over all gain structure breakup, in the output. This gives a much cleaner Channel 3 with more headroom.
(I put a '65 Mullard Blackburn AMPREX 12AT7 in and it sounds smoother overall. It just pulls the breakup back. It sounds great in the headphones and there is plenty of volume.)
I plan to do something with an Octave Up Fuzz in that Channel 3 for a thick 8-string Bass sound.
