Two Step Verification Issue on One Device but Not the Other

I wanted to bring this to moderator attention in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Today when I tried to login to the website from either my laptop or my desktop, I use my regular login information and use the two-step verification code from the Authy app. Every time I try to login, I keep getting the error message that the two-step verification value could not be confirmed, and please try again.

I’m currently logged in and able to use the website on my phone, but I’m unable to login on the computers. Is there something funky going on with the two-step verification? I did read about outages on other websites that use either Google cloud services, Amazon, web services, etc., but wasn’t sure if my issue was related to that or a separate thing.

Yes I'm having the same issue. Posted about it in the help section.......no response. My 2FA doesn't work on any device, so I finally had to ask mods to disable my monthly subscription (other account) so I could pull 2FA off of it. Sadly, I think our mod count has declined significantly, so it might be a while before they get to my request.

We had quite the day yesterday with authentication issues with cloudflare. Google has also been affected, as well as Authy for the past couple days. Some codependency has been causing multiple service failures.

Will do Paul, thanks for the response! I’ll sit tight since I’m still good on the phone and see if it resolves on its own. Also, I’m sure you guys have plenty of tickets flying around recently so might as well not add to the pile.
