Uber Modified Jazz COMPLETE!

I know, thats what I'm saying,

A battery compartment on the back, right under where the control cavity is would be very convenient. I mean who wants to forget to change a battery or something and be stuck at a gig without a screwdriver?

:hiding:

Man, don't do that to me!!! Now you got me thinking about yet another mod... :bawl: ;)

Well, what about some small thumbscrews, like on some computer towers, that might work for now!

But seriously, thats the last thing I could possibly think of that I would do.

FREAKING AMAZING BASS by my opinion. That mod is cheap and easy if you're good with a dremel tool or router, whatever you prefer. I have friends who cut the hole a bit smaller than needed and work their way up to avoid messing up the finish with the dremel. Just a thought, I'd rather you think about it now than on stage!

That bass is really awesome, now all you need to put up are some sound clips :bassist:
By the way, does that audere preamp have an active/passive bypass?

No, but in "flat mode" (all controls center including Z mode), she's damn near 100% transparent IMHO. Z modes add "color" and you know what the EQ boosting and cutting does...

Anyway, specs and info here ---> http://www.audereaudio.com/JZ3.htm

Ouchhhh those tuners are tight! Are they schallers? I'm wanting to put old school fender ones on mine but I dunno if I will if the fit is that close to the edge of the 'stock.

Anyhoos it looks awesome dude, though I woulda used this decal:

+100

i've got a couple of heavily modified squiers myself,, but i don't try to pass em off as something they are not.

it's a sad thing when, ( not if but when ), they show up on ebay as the real deal, ( after they pass thru a few owners ) & someone gets totally ripped off, because someone dosn't want their wanker buddies to know that they'd stoop so low as to own & actually play a squier ( gasp ) :hiding:

( & the sadder thing is the other guys here wanting the info to do the same to theirs ) :rollno::scowl::rollno:

play what you got yall :bassist:

just sayin.....
