Considering there's noted likelihood of a 4pc including acoustic drums and keys, I'd think there's a real chance of running out of headroom with the 350 watt tier heads into an 8 ohm 12.

I've hit the limits in a similar rehearsal situation with my Shuttle 3 into 2 Shuttle 1x10's a time or two, so I can see an amp that size running 8 ohm with less moving cone falling shy.
