Ultimate Wiring Diagram for a single MM humbucker

Alright guys, I've come up with a neat knob layout for a single humbucker configuration but I have zero idea how to wire it.
I'm wondering if someone with a little more expertise could give me some pointers or even just where to start with this.
I think this layout would be killer, More than I thought would be possible with a single pickup, but it's complex.

Two push pull pots an on/on/on toggle switch and a stacked preamp control.

For the preamp I think I'll go with the Seymour Duncan STC-2S-BO "blackout for bass" it seems like good value for the price.

Pickup will be a Warman MM style ceramic humbucker.

I would:
1) Swap the non-ground connections on the volume pot. So, the #1 terminal on the series/parallel switch to the outer terminal on the volume pot. Either way will work, but for single pickup having the pickup "hot" on the outer terminal is preferred. Jazz basses are wired differently to allow for pickup blending.

2) The tone pot should be connected to the (in parallel with) the the volume control. Not "downstream" of the volume control. The center terminal from the volume pot goes to the active/passive switch. (the purple wire I added...)

2.5) There's also a way to wire series/parallel and active/passive switches that doesn't use the little jumper wire across two terminals. It's a slight improvement because your signal is only going through one set of switch contacts instead of two. But the jumper wire method works too.

I added the wiring for the battery.

You get an 85/100. :)

haha I was using a jazz bass diagram for reference so that explains a few things
Is the non-jumper wire method difficult?

Also something I thought of:
Wouldn't the active passive bypass switch need to go before the tone knob? so when you are in active mode it bypasses the tone knob entirely? I thought that with the active preamp the tone knob wouldn't work, But you didn't correct that in the original diagram, so in active mode would the tone knob still function as it does in active mode?

If the tone control is before the A/P switch, then the tone control will still work in both active and passive modes. If that's not your preference you could move the tone control's wire from the volume pot to the #1 or 2 terminal on the A/P switch, then the tone control would only be connected in passive mode.
