unable to cancel subscription

Hello,

I signed up to be a contributing member per month basis without a paypal account and when I try to cancel subscription I am directed to paypal log in. I did not have a paypal account when I signed up. How do I cancel my subscription now? I created a paypal account buy TB activity is not visible. I sent an email to help but did not receive a response. Please let me know.

So how are you paying for TB currently?

I mean, whoever you were using for auto payments now, just contact them and discontinued the auto function. If you’re just making manual payments, just don’t make the December one and your subscription should end. At least that’s what I think. If all else, ask one of the mods.

I see but there has got to be a cancel function without me having to contact the credit card company, right?

Did you set up auto payments with the CC company? If you did, then contact them since there doesn’t seem to be a TB link like with Paypal. TB will cancel you if no payment is received. I would give a shout to one of the moderators for further assistance or clarification if needed.

We can cancel it no problem. I’ll take care of yours [edit: cancellation complete], for anyone else just hit the contact link in the footer to create a ticket and we will take care of it.
