Unexpected NAD- Ampeg PF-50T

Okay, it's been almost a week with this amp, so a couple observations:

1) I am surprised how versatile this amp/cab combo is. Want some grind? No problem(obviously). Clean scooped tone? Sure thing. Lots of good tones to be had. Definitely not a one-trick pony.
2) It is complete overkill as what is basically, for me, a practice amp. But that clearance price

3)Aesthetically speaking, it looks pretty nice, which is important (to me, at least) since it sits in the living room. Spousal Acceptance Factor is high.

I have yet to be able to really crank it, and most likely won't, since we live in an apartment and it seems like the neighbors never go anywhere lol.
Guitar Center got me, though. After reading the manual, and finding out it was supposed to come with casters, I popped open the lid, only to find the little Ampeg pouch was empty. No point in going back to the store, as I am sure they will have no idea where the casters are. I might e-mail Ampeg and see what they say.
I checked availability on it on GC's website after I got it home, and there were none in stock within a 200-mile radius. I think i got the last one in South Florida.

Really enjoying my PF-50t and considering the PF-15HE, I mean if I’m going to buy a gig bag I might as well get a case, and if I’m going to get a case it might as well have a speaker in it, no?

I would just go to a hardware store and see if you can find snap-in casters that fit the hole. Pretty sure you can do better. The casters do work fine but there are better ones out there.

I put the casters on mine, but I don't think they help much and may be something to be said for this cab sitting on the floor without them. BTW, I've been looking for that amp for a while now and that is the lowest price I've seen by a long shot. You laid 'em away dawg.

Well done! If I found a new PF-50T for that price I'd leave skid marks getting to my car.

A UK store had these on sale for 50% off - £360 brand new. I assume they were probably floor models but dang. Wish I had a bit extra expendable cash and I would've pulled the trigger!

That is a great price for one of those amps. They are $900 new and almost never go for as low as $600 on Reverb. I'd totally snag one for that price.

£400 rings a bell actually. I came across it by accident. There’s a store 2 min from my work. I don’t actually need one and doubt it’d be powerful enough in my band situations. I’ll avoid until a lottery win comes in!
