Unfortunate revelation

I'll tell you one thing, I was a little embarrassed how confused I was looking at their mess of a system. I guess I have been spoiled by the simplicity of my very neat, very easy to understand, MixWiz set up.

I feel your pain - people expect you to figure out what someone else did in the hundreds of yards of cords and cables. We did one of those gigs a while back - I'm still not sure why some of it worked and I'm normally the uber-tech dude. Nothing for you to feel embarrassed about but it does feel that way at the time. Wasn't your bad.
