Ungrounded solid state Ampeg amp

This weekend I picked up an Ampeg b50r Rocket solid state amp. I get it back to my apartment after a 2 hour train ride and realize........The grounding prong on the plug is missing. I took photos of it before bringing it home and realized that it was missing the prongs then, too. It was such a dumb thing to overlook, but now I'm extremely apprehensive about even playing it. I played the amp in the shop for a good hour at loud volume and didn't have any problems, but I've heard bad things can happen if you play through an ungrounded amp and touch your lips to a microphone, for instance.

Are there any easy fixes for this? Or is it best to just take it to a professional and have the grounding put in/plug replaced?

Thanks for the help, guys. My guitarist actually works in a recording studio and has access to all these tools and knows his way around amps, so he's gonna fix the plug for me this weekend during practice so I can use it. Today just keeps getting better!

Should be a black wire, a white wire and a green wire in the cable. Strip it back and put the black wire under the gold screw, the white wire under the silver screw, and the green wire under the green screw on your new plug. Couldn't be simpler.

If you have a blue wire and a brown wire, blue goes to the silver screw and brown goes to the gold.

Green or green/yellow always goes to the ground terminal which should have a green screw (at least in the US)
