Univirsities for music

Hey TalkBass!

Im in my second year of college (Uk college not american). I've applied for the popular music courses at LIPA, LCM, Goldsmiths, Kingston and Westminster. I was just wondering if any body went to uni to do music what did you think of it and any paticular reccomendations.
