Upgrading amplifiers

If you aren't loud enough get another 8 Ohm matching cab. Then your head will send all 200 watts into the 4 Ohm load. If it is a tone thing, then i suggest going to the music store and trying everything until you find what you are looking for. You cannot "under power" a cab, but there does come a point where you just can't realistically expect a head to "go any louder" (do a search to see how many more watts are needed to double your SPLs), on the other hand you can have a 1400 watt head driving an 8 inch cabinet and not blow it if you don't turn it up too much. Some people call it "headroom" and gives you "clean" tone without making your head work too hard or go into a state of distortion... Cheers.
Thanks for the suggestions. It's just once I'm maxing out and the limiter is coming on, my tone starts sucking. Not distorting, but just... Sucking.

The most unpopular popular amp, everyone seems to love or hate them

Having one through an 8 ohm Hartke AK410, it was a pleasing combination. Knowing it will push two of those is better
The old version of the Rumbles was, to be kind horrid. The new versions (v3) are completely different beasts. Solid amp, with good features, rugged and reliable. Overall a good tone.
Since getting my Mesa D800, it is an unused backup, although I did gig it often last year.

Don't think this has been mentioned. You asked about adding a 210 rated at 200 watts? The thing to keep in mind if you up the amp power is the 210 limits the power the cabs can take. The 410 is rated for 400 watts input, add the 210 (200 watts input) and the max you can send to both cabs is still 400 watts. Multiply the lowest rating cab by the number of cabs (200 watts X 2 cabs = 400 watts, 400 per cab X 2 cabs = 800 watts).
