Upgrading to MIDI Controlled Rig! Help?

I've currently got this rack setup:

Monster Power Pro 2500
Line 6 Bass POD XT Pro
Tech 21 SansAmp RBI
BBE Sonic Maximizer
DBX 266XL Compressor
Korg DTR-1000 Tuner
Shelf with MarkBass Little Mark Tube 800 and Shure PGXD Digital Wireless
1 Space Gator Utility Drawer

But I'm looking to add a Voodoo Labs GCX Audio switcher and a 4 rack space dual shelf rackmount pedal board:hyper:. The GCX by itself pairs up very nicely with the Ground Control Pro (Voodoo) and it can even pass midi signals onto my POD. What i'm looking for are other options for a foot controller. I really like the small lcd on the Ground Control to see what effect or preset you're working with and how simple it seems it is to setup the board. :help:

Does anyone have any suggestions for another good midi foot controller i could use to control the GCX (or maybe 2) and my POD?

P.S. I've done some internal searching and some googleing and havent really found much on suggestions, just ads =[ :hmm:

I use the old Ground Control with my guitar. It works great and it's built like a tank.
I'm planning to have almost the same for my bass gear. I have read very good reviews about the Rocktron Midimate. It's small but the buttons looks kinda weak.
