You can pick up a good used Cadillac Deville for 10-12K. My bass fits nicely with the passenger seat reclined and there's lots of room left in the trunk for a PA.

I have fit my bass in a '96 Firebird (t-top version), which is similar to the Camaro. Just put the passenger seat back, and the bass in upsidedown with the scroll by where the passengers feet usually are. Put a pillow under the neck block to keep the scroll off the ground, then seat belt it in.Does anyone think I could fit one into a Chevy Camaro? (T Top Down? haha)
Hello!
I just wanted to chime in and say that I got a totyota matrix about five years ago that has been totally perfect! You can fit the bass in the car with the back right seat folded down and the neck sits right up the middle bet the front driver and passenger seat. I can fit my bass, my amp, my stool and the driver, front passenger and rear passenger. Great gas mileage, low maintenance. My parents went out and got one a year later!
