UPS splinters headstock and ruins hardcase - need help with claim

I bought and sold maybe 30 basses in the last 10 years and 3 have been significantly damaged by UPS. If my math is correct, that's a wee bit higher than 1%.

Glad you got your money back..

On a side note, I always thought it would be cool to steal a fully loaded UPS truck.. Imagine all the goodies that would be inside? Of course I'd never really do this, but I can't say the thought hasn't crossed my mind lol
