Urgent!!!: Trade Warwick Rockbass for TE Rig?

Hi, I'm new here and have a question I'm hoping someone can answer fast. I also posted in the "Basses" forum, and I apologize if that's a no-no, just trying to get an answer ASAP.

I have a 2002 Warwick Rockbass Corvette 4 string, gloss black, that I'm getting rid of. I bought it new, but I've barely ever played it, only gigged it a couple times, just never really took to it, so it's essentially like new

This morning I'm going to look at an early model Trace Elliot AH500X head w/ GP11 preamp and 1048H cab. It all looks mint. The seller said he would be willing to trade me for the Warwick + $200. This seems like a sick deal. I know there are a ton of variables at play here but I don't have time to consider all of them. Assuming my bass is as described above and this TE rig is in great shape, did I find a unicorn of a deal or should I sell the Warwick separately and pay $500 cash for the rig? If so, what's a fair price to ask for the Warwick?

Can't speak to the market value here, but will say I once had a religious experience playing an '80s T-E rig. Just sayin'.

I did! The rig is immaculate and sounds fantastic. As a bonus, I also grabbed an Alvarez MSB1 mini acoustic/electric that looks like it's never been played. I'm already in love with the little guy, I can't get over the thump that comes from such a little guitar. All told I got everything for 5 bones plus the Warwick, which I think was fair at the least. I rarely ever played the Warwick anyway.

I contacted Peavey immediately when I got home and spoke to Chris in customer service who was super helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me over all the literature for the TE amp (AH500x MK-V) & preamp (GP-11). They didn't have any lit on the 1048H cab, but no biggie since it's just a cab. The head and cab are both early 90's, pre-Gibson, made in England. Chris also gave me a connect for a company in Nashville called British Audio Service, who he says as far as Trace Elliot gear is concerned, if they don't know, nobody does and if they cant fix it, nobody can.

All in all, from a monetary standpoint I think I did alright, but regardless, the stoke I'm feeling over this score is a total win.
