I bought one (4H) and it was a fabulous bass. Unfortunately, I bought it right around the time I was switching to primarily playing five string basses and I sold it after not playing it for several months. Someday, I'd may get a Sterling 5HH, but the Big Al 5H and Stingray Special 5HH cover everything I need which makes a Sterling hard to justify.
