USACG is a good company run by good people who stand by their high quality products. They also endeavor to ensure that you, the customer, are either pleased with the product you receive, or you will be refunded your money.

I had the rare experience of not being satisfied with one of their products, and they bent over backwards to ensure that our dealings were square. You can do business with this company with absolute surety, in my experience.

I totally agree, I've bought several bodies and necks from them and they were all top notch. I will deal with them next time i need a body or a neck for sure...

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a body or a neck...

Me too! Great products from great people. Ive had almost ten necks made by them. All superlative.
I was talking to my good friend Nino Valenti today who has used their necks on maybe 80 to 100 basses with one neck that wouldnt adjust. Tommy at USACG replaced it no problem.

Okay, what gives? I know CDweller isn't suddenly a USACG shill, so what changed that this thread got posted?

If the OP is still not happy with what happened, there's nothing wrong with stating that without slanderous detail. If everything is now cool given what the OP's previous experience was, then what changed to promote the change of heart?

My one experience with USACG was superb, and I don't doubt that Tommy would go the extra mile to make someone happy, but I have to say - the Op`s post rang a tad strange, almost lawyerese - so yeah, what gives?
