No, it's not a Neve, but I am sure it will be better than the Behringer I have. MonoPrice is a very reputable OEM maker of electronics and cables.

Behringer Atlas pres are my top inexpensive goto. Tested against Scarlett, etc and worlds better than any other sub $700.

Agreed that $30 for a USB interface is a steal. Disagree that it will be better than Behringer. Say what you will about the company, but their stuff is always a great value for the money. Their budget U-phoria interfaces are pretty decent and start at $39.
