I'm assembling a rear-routed Warmoth body, and decided to experiment with electronics before I finally wire everything up. I have a mini breadboard that I can use to test different configurations, but it also occurred to me that I have 24 connections [2 passive pickups , 2 nested pots, 1 DPST switch, and the output jack.]
Is there any reason not to just wire every connection to a 24 pin ATX connector, then set up various configurations on ATX plugs? Has anyone tried it? I imagine just having a bunch of different control options I can swap out.
