Hi all ..i have a UA twinfinity ..Avalon vt 737...do you think there is benefit to running my bass thru either of these 1st as a DI then say thru my Zoom B3n for amp and cab sims and into my interface (RME UFX)?

The DI's transformer quality and other design factors will affect the quality of the input for recording. Best way to answer your question is to try it with both devices and let your ears decide. Sometimes a cheap device will surprise you. Then again, often it won't if you have big ears.
I'm not much of a recording guy but from an effects standpoint it depends on what the Avalon does for your sound, and whether that quality would get destroyed by the AD/DA converters in the Zoom. In the more extreme, would it be like taking a big rich tube amp rig and playing it through a bullhorn before putting it to tape?
It's 100% worth it. But I don't know if I would then send it through the B3. It's a bit like mixing a 100,- Wine with Cola.
Run through the pedal 1st, THEN into the pre.
IMO/IME/YMMV, you'll likely benefit more from the TwinFinity pre than the Avalon. Avalon is likely the better clean sound, which you may prefer, especially for keys and vocals. But the TwinFinity's tubes will work well with bass.

The Avalon comes after, not before the B3. That's where you will get good results.
If output signal early on is your issue, consider a clean boost pedal. You could also add another DI/pre at the beginning to split your signal and have a clean and dirt out for recording, this will maybe get you more clean signal fidelity into the interface. you can mix the two tracks later in your DAW.
I recently sold my Zoom MS-60B (same AD/DA as B3) because I hated how it changed my clean sound, even when on bypass.
