There are cheap little devices which will take any audio and play it over bluetooth. Some of them are cheaper than headphones.

If it's an old business PC or laptop the bluetooth might have been disabled or not built-in, as a security measure.

Not really... lot of people own current PCs that don't include a bluetooth adaptor. Why do you think Logitec provides so many keyboard dongles for their wireless keyboards and mice? Even so, it doesn't really matter - he has what he has, so an option is probably better than a critique.

That's likely a business class PC. If it does have bluetooth, it may only support keyboard and mouse with it - but it's quite likely it doesn't have bluetooth at all.

I have tonnes of recent business-class PCs in my office that came without Bluetooth - It's a security thing, for the most part, but it can also interfere with some in-office older Wifi gear.
