I don't really know a whole lot about this bass, from my quick research on the internets, it appears to be a USA made body and a Korean neck. This was the more expensive version from what I gather...anyone that knows more, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. The hardware is top notch stuff, Grover Tuners and a Wilkinson bridge. I THINK these might be EMG pickups from what I'm seeing online, although I have not pulled them to confirm. It is currently wired passive, and it sounds great, but there is space for a battery (see pics).

It weighs 8.6 lbs, and could use new strings and a setup, but certainly playable as is.

No case...but I can pack it to get to you safely. Price is shipped in the CONUS, Paypal is fine.

Does that P pick-up sound like a P-bass or is it something deeper? It looks like it is closer to the neck. do you have any sound samples? How much does it weigh?

I remember seeing these in Bass Player magazine back when I was in high school.

They got glowing reviews and an editor's award if I remember correctly. Great bass at an unbelievable price.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me, it definitely has the feel of a quality instrument, and the parts fit together with very tight tolerances.
I'm a short scale guy, to used to my Birdsongs to mess with this....but I feel it's a great deal at this price.

It sounds like a P to me, perhaps a bit deeper...but damn close for sure.
It weighs 8.6 lbs on a shipping scale.
I'm sorry, I don't have any clips at the moment.

I had the Samick made version of this bass. The p bass pickup sounded a lot deeper and clankier (in a good way) with that neck pickup placement.

Are both pickups hum bucking or is that a single coil at the bridge? When you roll in the bridge does it hum?

It appears to be a normal jazz bass pickup, hums a little bit, but not much.
I THINK these are EMGs, if it's still around later, I will pull them out and look.
